Free Rehabilitation Consultation

With the fitting of every hearing aid, a period of rehabilitation is necessary. As part of our continuing aftercare service, we undertake to arrange a further personal consultation within six weeks of the delivery and fitting of your hearing aid(s) at no additional charge to you, This consultation is to assess your progress and to offer any further assistance that may be required. It may be arranged with you at the time of the fitting of your hearing aid but may also be arranged by telephoning our office on 0800 047 0820. 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Your hearing system is supplied to you with the full benefit of our “30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee”. If you are dissatisfied with your hearing system you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of the fitting. We will refund the price of the hearing aid less a fee for services provided amounting to no more than 12.5% of the total price. 

2 Year Product Guarantee

If anything goes wrong with your hearing system we’ll fix it. Free.
The Nevals(Pvt)Ltd guarantee covers your hearing system for 2 years from the date of purchase against any defects in fitting, material and manufacture. Should any such defects arise, Nevals(Pvt)Ltd as it reasonably determines will adjust, repair or replace the hearing device(s) free of charge to the original owner.
